Where is your store? Can I pick up an order?

Our business is website based, mail-order only. We manage this website from our private home in Auckland, New Zealand and orders are dispatched directly from the Ashford factory in Ashburton. We don't have a shop you can visit sorry. All orders need to be processed through the website system.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery typically takes 2-3 working days. Add an extra day for rural addresses.

Why do you have a $30 minimum?

To ensure you receive fresh stock and the latest models of equipment, orders are shipped directly from the Ashford factory and we subsidise the high cost of direct shipping. This means we can't fulfil orders under $30 without making a loss. Sorry for the inconvenience.

How can I make a school or company payment?

During checkout, choose the "School/Corporate Payment" option, and enter your purchase order number.

We will email you a PDF invoice that you can give to your accounting department for payment (bank deposit only).

Once payment has cleared, we will dispatch your order.

Can you give me the discounted price for ...?

Our shopping basket automatically calculates the total including discounts and shipping. Just add the items you would like to the basket to see the total payable.

Some products like the Jack Loom have special pricing and are indicated by the "Contact Us" label. Please use the form below to enquire about the latest prices on these products.
