Very similar to silk hankies, silk caps are formed from cultivated degummed cocoons that have been stretched over a cap-shaped mould. Each cap consists of multiple thin layers of silk that can be used for spinning, paper-making, silk fushion, and felting embellishments. Easy to dye with wool dye.
